Australia Day

Each year, the Bayside Vehicle Restorers Club holds an invitational rally on Australia Day. Starting at Ormiston State School for a free breakfast and a chance to view 100s of cars, we soon head off across the shire along differing routes to suit the wide variety of cars to morning-tea locations scattered across the shire. Lunch is usually held at the Alex Hills Hotel.

2010 Australia Day Rally

The 2010 Australia Day Rally is is now over. A succesful event with 550+ cars, 970 for breakfast and 450 people for lunch. A wide variety of cars on the day. Planning has already begun for the 2011 Rally.

2009 Australia Day Rally.

The Australia Day Rally is one of the major events that the Bayside organises or participates in each year.

The 2009 Australia Day Rally is over. A well attended vent both in terms of cars and onlookers. Photos below are taken from the display, the rally and lunch.
