2008 Combined Council Rally Now called the Historic Motoring Council Rally (HMC Rally)

Bayside hosted the 2008,  Combined Council Rally, held over four days in June. Rally entrants had a great time and, as many had said: “The best rally to-date they had been on Australia Wide”. Special thanks go to our sponsors & supporters. Friday night greated entrants with a welcoming fish and chips dinner by the bay. Saturday took entrants around Redlands’ country roads before an overseas trip for an Island lunch. Saturday night, entrants then returned in time for a “what you were doing when you were 30″ themed dinner. Sunday was more with driving through country roads with morning tea and lunch provided, finishing at a well known winery for afternoon tea. On Sunday evening, entrants attended the semi formal Presentation Dinner. Monday morning was an enjoyable breakfast at Ormiston State School, a shipping port, Historic Ormiston House overlooking the bay for a special morning tea and house garden tours followed, BBQ lunch back at Ormiston State School and then it was good-bye to the 2008 RACQ CC Rally entrants.

The 2010 QHMC Rally will be hosted by the Bundaberg Vintage Car Club. A HMC  Rally Expresion of_interest form can be downloaded
